How to use: Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds before each use. Spray under your tongue or inside your cheek. Increase or decrease the number and frequency of doses as needed. Onset ranges from nearly immediate to 10-15 minutes after first use. Dosage is intended to last under an hour. Individual results may vary. Stress and anxiety can be a symptom of serious illness, consult your doctor if symptoms persist. If the nozzle clogs, run under hot water or several seconds, then use a cotton swab to clear away any debris. For stubborn clogs consider using isopropyl alcohol. Reuse once dry.
